Orders are freshly packed and usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your area.
Because coffee is a food product, we can’t accept returns once a bag has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Keep your beans in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Pro tip: don’t store them in the fridge — they’ll lose flavour faster.
We sell both whole beans and ground coffee. For ground, we can prepare it for espresso, filter, or plunger — just choose your preference when ordering.
