Refund and Returns Policy

At Mikis Grind Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans and ground coffee cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective or damaged. Merchandise items (such as apparel or accessories) may only be returned if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for merchandise of equal value if the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Coffee beans and ground coffee can only be exchanged if sealed and unopened.

5. Shipping of Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
